1.Overview of the program

This project is an automated production line provided by Foshan Nanzhou District ** Household Products Co., Ltd. in Foshan City. The production line equipment includes: one JDR3-1200 robot, one robot rack, and one visual system. , a set of special non-standard fixtures, five sets of custom-made pneumatic suction cups, a set of precision conveying mechanism, electric control cabinet, protective fence and other equipment to complete the automatic sorting and packaging operation of the cleaning ball. Some of the product drawings to achieve automated packaging are as follows:

1.4.2 Automated process flow and beat description
1. The front end of the production line is docked with the turnover inventory tray, and the tray is a standard general size;
2. Manually place the tray filled with the product on the conveyor line, and set the space of the ten storage trays on the conveyor line;
3. After the tray enters the area to be sorted, the vision system performs photographing, and the coordinate information of the product is uploaded to the robot control system, and the control system issues the sorting instruction to the robot, and the robot enters the sorting state;
4. Considering that the product is the standard incoming material, and the tail conveyor conveying line of the packaging machine is a standard interval, in order to improve the sorting speed, the program takes four products at a time and puts it into the tailstock of the packaging machine once, due to the tray material. The spacing between the bins and the tailstock is different, and the multi-station suction cups are designed with automatic spacing adjustment;
5. When the product is placed in the tailstock of the packaging machine, the packaging machine accepts the work signal and performs the packaging operation. The working frequency of the packaging machine is consistent with the sorting speed.
